Warren plays a key role in helping local healthcare facilities provide consistently comfortable, high-quality service. Based in an on-site office at a local hospital, he and his team of managers, engineers and skilled craftsmen oversee ongoing projects at various Colorado hospitals and medical facilities. Besides maintaining excellent relationships with owners, user groups, architects, engineers and general contractors in the healthcare industry, he is responsible for overall project coordination. These responsibilities include scheduling required tasks, expediting subcontractors, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, managing equipment and material deliveries, and ensuring proper security.

 

Expertise
Warren began his career 36 years ago after completing his training through the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters. Before joining Trautman & Shreve, he spent 15 years as project operations manager with the Murphy Company. Over the years, his considerable experience has given him the expertise needed to excel as a project manager. In addition, his specialized industry knowledge and personal contacts enable the company to provide a single-source healthcare solution, extending from project conception through completion.

 

Warren is a member of International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering and Colorado Association of Healthcare Engineering & Directors as well as the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and the Denver Mechanical Building Code Revision Committee.

 

The Personal Side
In his spare time, Warren enjoys golfing, fishing and traveling around the country with his wife, daughters and grandchildren. Besides being actively involved with his family, he likes to renovate old houses and restore old cars.
