INVESCO FACILITY BACKGROUND
USAA Real Estate Company offers corporate real estate clients and private investors the opportunity to successfully invest, sell or lease commercial properties in major national markets. They specialize in properties such as office, industrial, land and hotel.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES OBJECTIVES
When Invesco Funds began reviewing location options in the summer of 1999, it quickly became a priority to remain in the prestigious Denver Tech Center with its many protective
covenants. For an expanding employee base, the construction development needed to have the flexibility to expand and maintain an attractive list of amenities.
EMCOR MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS
The original mechanical construction project required Trautman & Shreve to take the lead in mechanical design/assist services with development of 3D CAD fully coordinated drawings. These construction engineering diagrams included schematics for structural, electrical, fire protection, mechanical and plumbing systems. In doing so, Trautman & Shreve identified architectural, structural, and organizational conflicts in time to coordinate proper construction documentation prior to construction project. This provided significant efficiencies in the field through a maximized fabrication process while eliminating the need for rework.
