To help this client achieve its mechanical construction objectives, Trautman & Shreve applied its extensive mechanical systems installation expertise, enabling it to provide high-quality mechanical systems for a variety of applications. In addition to systems for a cafeteria, restrooms, community rooms and classrooms, this facility incorporated systems for science department wet labs, photo labs, a childcare center, a state-of-the-art auditorium with orchestra pit, two gymnasiums and a full- size indoor swimming pool.

With nearly 37,700 students and more than 5,000 staff members, the Adams County School District No. 12 offers the benefits of a large district with a close-knit feel. The district's 50 unique learning centers provide numerous educational and other opportunities for students, staff and parents. One of eight in the district, Horizon High School in Thornton, CO has 2,024 students in grades 9-12.
