Trautman & Shreve applied innovative thinking and advanced mechanical systems expertise to meet this client's specialized objectives. The three-story split-plan integrated-use building required mechanical installation of split utility plants on the second and third floors. The plants, which service a total of 32,000 cubic feet per minute, included a 2,500 MBH boiler, a cooling tower and a chemical injection system. The tenant space contained custom-made triple art-room sinks with a built-in solids separator. This space also incorporated an interior parking garage and an intricate interior roof drainage system.
