HVAC & PIPING SERVICES SCOPE OF WORK
This mechanical construction services project involved renovating an existing fourth floor patient wing into Colorado’s first Bone Marrow Transplant Unit and Laboratory. Two dedicated HEPA Filtered Air Handling Units were installed in a new mechanical penthouse in order to meet the strict isolation and filtration requirements for occupant air. In the patient rooms, redundant HEPA Filtration was provided at each diffuser. Laboratory systems included acid waste neutralization and piping systems in addition to HVAC installations of vent, vacuum, oxygen piping and bio-safe hoods.
