MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION SCOPE OF WORK
Trautman & Shreve renovated the original 12 floors, consisting of 260,000 square feet of space, including rooms, ballrooms, and kitchens. The mechanical construction scope of work also called for a completely new commercial mechanical room system in the lobby level.
HOSPITALITY FACILITY BACKGROUND
Founded in 1883, the historic Antlers Hotel and Conference Center is situated in the shadow of Pikes Peak. It includes 27,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, the 9,672-square-foot Heritage Ballroom, which can be divided into six sections, the 4,935-square-foot Summit Ballroom, a 54-seat tiered Learning Center, a variety of smaller conference rooms, and nearly 6,000 square feet of pre-function space. In addition, the facility has a state-of-the-art health club, the Antlers Grille, and a brew pub.
