Mechanical Construction Services: HVAC Installation, Plumbing Systems & Life Safety Systems
TRAUTMAN & SHREVE VALUE DELIVERED
A convenient high-end space for sophisticated living and entertaining; enhanced facility value.
CLIENT OBJECTIVES
To add an 8,000-square-foot residence to the 7th and 8th floors of its Pepsi Center Arena.
MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS
Trautman & Shreve helped this client add a new luxury living space to its arena by combining leading-edge mechanical systems experience with high-end residential systems expertise. The basic mechanical construction project consisted of installing all heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including 10 split-system air conditioning units with gas heat and humidification. The company also put in all plumbing system lines and fixtures.
Luxury space, however, requires luxury appointments. Consequently, Trautman & Shreve added several special features. These included hydronic radiant floor heating throughout the space and plumbing system fixtures designed by Waterworks to coordinate with the tile and lighting details. In addition, the company integrated the apartment's life safety systems with the arena's building management system.
