LEED CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN SOLUTIONS
Trautman & Shreve, Inc. engineers produced a $400,000 mechanical services cost savings to the owner, due to efficient building design. A size reduction in equipment coupled with lowered electrical loads yielded additional savings after an extensive eight-month design period.
Project was built under the LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Green Building Rating system which demands strict and rigorous criteria be met to design and build a highly energy efficient building.
