Trautman & Shreve specializes in mechanical construction design-build and design-assist services in the five-state Rocky Mountain region—Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado.

The organization provides a full range of mechanical services in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities, including program development, conceptual estimating, value engineering, competitive bidding, scheduling, alternate systems design, and more.

Mechanical construction and fabrication services

Trautman & Shreve also operates a 4,000-square-foot fabrication facility that is supported by a staff of capable mechanical engineers and CAD draftsman who are responsible for 3D modeling and building information modeling (BIM), and incorporating a proprietary process known as "Collision Check" for construction documents that are specifically constructible, and not diagrammatic.

The goal is accurate prefabrication that leads to efficient installation and on-time construction project completions and customer satisfaction.
